ROEL was founded in 1991, and right from the start aspired to an ambitious pole position among the usual players in the field of electronic equipment and operational services. The first operational office was opened in Bucharest in the early 90's, and today host the headquarters and company showroom .
Since 1993, ROEL activity increased steadily and significantly in direct relation to market development. Business expansion has attracted both a significant portfolio of clients and a well-deserved recognition of the quality standard of products and services.
In 1997, the second office was opened in Bucharest dedicated to services supply. Today it has become the backbone for Services, Logistics and at the same time a Training Center.
Over the last seven years the business has expanded continuously with the opening of another 24 offices in Arad, Bacau, Baia Mare, Brasov, Bistrita, Buzau, Cluj-Napoca, Constanta, Craiova, Deva, Giurgiu, Galati, Iasi, Oradea, Pitesti, Ploiesti, Sibiu, Suceava, Targu Mures, Tg. Jiu si Timisoara, thus efficiently covering Romania with over 200 specialists as permanent employees.

Since 2001 ROEL has received ISO 9001 certification, awarded by the Romanian Society for Quality Assurance as a confirmation that ROEL implements and maintains an integrated quality system that meet the highest requirements of ISO quality.
ROEL also is certified ISO14001:2005, OHSAS 18001:2007 si ISO/IEC 27001:2010
