ROEL specialises in printing solutions and equipment, with its own service network of 45 specialists (engineers and technicians), a single dedicated call-centre number and nationwide coverage through 24 service points.
- Providing technical support – installation, diagnostics, repair and maintenance – for Ricoh, Samsung and Uchida multifunction equipment;
- Resolving mechanical and electrical issues, as well as connectivity issues in the computer networks where the equipment is installed.
Requirements:
- University degree in a technical field (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation/Computer Science);
- Category B driving licence – mandatory;
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage;
- Integrity, reliability, responsibility and good organisation.
- English – intermediate level, ideally advanced.
