SALES SPECIALIST – Production Printing
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Maintaining and growing the customer portfolio by promoting and selling services and equipment for professional and industrial digital printing and equipment for
-Identifying and contacting potential customers to offer them tailored solutions;
-Monitoring competitor activity in the market and their customers;
-Building customer loyalty by keeping in regular contact;
-Contacting potential customers regularly to keep them up to date with the latest news;
-Monitoring industry trends and identifying sales opportunities;
-Providing customers with advice and feedback on the equipment sold;
-Running demonstrations, together with the Service department, of how the equipment sold works and is used;
-Meeting the sales targets set by the company's commercial policy and the job description;
-Producing the sales reports requested by the company;
-Working closely with the technical team to ensure the solutions offered are implemented effectively;
-Promoting the company's image and interests

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience with editing software, colour management and creating print profiles (an advantage);
- Knowledge of print shop workflows and printing technologies (an advantage)
- Willingness to travel
- Category B driving licence – mandatory
- English – intermediate/advanced level mandatory;
- Organised, independent and persistent,
- Proven track record of closing deals;
- Experience using a CRM system;
- Willingness to keep developing your knowledge;
- Proven experience in pre-sales, sales and after-sales support for hardware and software;
