Easy to use



The machine is easy to use, even by non-specialist staff, and is operated via a touchscreen panel with graphic icons that let you programme all precision operations in just a few seconds. The DigiBook 200 automatically measures the book thickness and sets the machine ready for production within seconds.

Closed gluing system



A further feature of the DigiBook 200 is its innovative glue application system, covered by no fewer than seven international patents. Application is direct and hermetically sealed, with no odours or toxic fumes, and no extraction fans are needed. You can set different temperatures for the glue melting tank and the applicator, giving greater flexibility and a longer glue life.

The applicator can also be cleaned and sealed automatically from the touchscreen, keeping glue waste to a minimum. PUR adhesive is applied to the book spine and sides through independent glue slots, each of which can be adjusted for the best possible results on the spine and sides. The amount is determined by the applicator height and the pressure applied, so you can bind any kind of book with maximum ease.
