Producing high-quality results across all formats and designs – including light and dark garments, with no limitations on halftones, detailed designs and photos – the Ri 2000 is a fast, reliable solution that delivers excellent results time after time.
Features
Capable of high-volume output, the Ri 2000 is an efficient and effective option for companies handling both short and long runs to meet customer needs. This fast, durable single-platen printer is designed with Ricoh inkjet technology and works with intuitive ColorGATE RIP software, for a 36-second cycle time on personalised garments.
The Ri 2000 has its own Ricoh inkjet print heads with an automatic head-cleaning function, increasing reliability for high-volume order production. Automatic maintenance sequences save operators time and make the device easier to use and maintain – features include temperature and humidity sensors, active ink level monitoring, white ink circulation and much more.
For ease of use and added convenience, the Ri 2000 has automatic table height adjustment, as well as a touchscreen operation panel with smart maintenance alerts (common to both the Ri 1000 and Ri 2000). Following a digital workflow, promotional and personalised designs can be previewed at the printer and progress monitored in real time through the viewing window.
