With the option to mount a 1 kW router alongside other cutting and creasing tools, Integra can process very rigid substrates and large thicknesses. An additional vacuum extractor is available on request to remove the processing residue left by the router, keeping the workstation clean and so increasing productivity.
ROUTING TOOL
The 1 kW router mounted on the machine can process the most common rigid media used in the graphics and signage industry, including rigid PVC foam, aluminium-faced and acrylic panels, Dibond, Forex over 1 cm thick, Plexiglas and any other application for the packaging market (POS displays, totems, advertising banners, labels, boxes).
GAIN IN AUTOMATION AND PRODUCTIVITY
The two interchangeable cutting heads benefit from the new automatic cutting-depth adjustment system. As a result, Integra responds quickly and efficiently to customer requirements, with extreme precision when processing materials up to 20 mm thick. Productivity is further increased by a powerful (optional) vacuum extractor that removes the processing residue left by the router, so you don't lose time on manual cleaning.
SIGNS, PRINTS, PACKAGING AND MUCH MORE
Integra is the ideal answer to your cutting, creasing and routing needs: it is highly profitable and enables die-free cutting. This lets it handle a wide variety of media and applications, as well as many materials – even pre-printed substrates, using Opticrop software and a high-resolution camera. Optimal media hold-down is guaranteed by a zone-adjustable vacuum table and a pneumatic clamping system.
