Modern Technology and Durable Latex Inks

1 min read

The RICOH Pro L 4100 series printers combine modern technology with durable latex inks for finished materials designed for indoor and outdoor use.

The Pro L 4100 series offers an extended range of colours that cannot be achieved with traditional four-colour CMYK printing. The Orange and Green in the RICOH Pro L 4100 palette let you reproduce vibrant pastel colours, while White lets you produce vivid colours on transparent media. The Pro L 4100 series also delivers higher productivity thanks to almost instant drying.

RICOH Pro L 4100 series printers feature PIEZO GEN5 print heads and variable droplet size (from 4 pl), along with new LATEX technology and a 6-colour printing process (including orange and green). RICOH Pro L 4100 series printers also support CMYK, CMYK + Orange + Green (for an extended gamut) and CMYK + Orange + Green + White (for printing on transparent media) colour configurations, as well as high black density and improved gloss, rich detail, contrast, and white ink for vibrant results (which also extends the range of applications).

There are many applications for RICOH Pro L 4100 series printers, such as:
  • Indoor advertising for retail spaces. Floor graphics, backlit panels, ceiling banners – media: paper, synthetic paper, film, self-adhesive vinyl, textiles. Advertising posters, pop-up/roll-up displays, window graphics – media: laminated paper, film, self-adhesive vinyl, textiles;
  • Outdoor advertising. Banners, billboards, mesh, flags, vehicle wraps – media: film, tarpaulin, OPP synthetic paper, PET film, self-adhesive vinyl, textiles;
  • Exhibitions and events. Floor graphics, backlit panels, ceiling banners – media: paper, synthetic paper, film, self-adhesive vinyl, textiles.
